FOR PARTNERS

A thoughtful introduction. One connected experience.

Find the relationship that fits your organization, with clear responsibilities from the first introduction onward.

PARTNERSHIP, REBUILT

A clear role. A shared standard.

Choose a clinical, employer, enterprise or education relationship. Each has defined responsibilities, review requirements and a clear route to apply.

THE ECOSYSTEM

Choose the relationship.
Honor the responsibility.

Every path has its own audience, diligence, operating model, and boundaries. Each begins with a private application.

PROGRAM-FIT FINDER

Start with how you operate.

Two operating questions route you to the closest program. The result is deterministic and educational; it does not score eligibility or approve an application.

SHARED STANDARD / 01

What every partner owes the work.

01

Truth before reach

Describe only the role, capability, geography, evidence, and production state that has been approved in writing.

02

Ownership before scale

Name the people responsible for clinical work, privacy, security, implementation, support, content, and commercial decisions.

03

Privacy by design

Use the minimum necessary information, keep private records out of public forms, and preserve individual control over health information.

04

Evidence before activation

A discussion, contract, code path, sandbox, or pilot is not a production launch until its required evidence and owners are accepted.

PARTNERS MAY

Represent the exact work that was approved.

  • Use approved educational and program language
  • Operate within documented roles and territories
  • Share authorized source links with clear disclosures
  • Participate in implementation, review, and correction
  • Escalate uncertainty instead of inventing an answer
PARTNERS MAY NOT

Borrow authority the relationship does not create.

  • Diagnose, prescribe, or interpret outside licensed authority
  • Claim guaranteed results, savings, income, accreditation, or exclusivity
  • Call an unverified connector or dependency live
  • Use CLR SYNC branding before written approval
  • Receive compensation for prescribing, ordering, steering, or federal program business

STRATEGIC + ENTERPRISE

Some opportunities cross every boundary.

Multi-location groups, health platforms, membership organizations, and category-shaping collaborations need a named-account process that coordinates commercial, technical, clinical, privacy, security, brand, and launch ownership.

ALREADY PROVISIONED?

Enter through the role you actually hold.

Qualified provider partners with an established identity can access the provider workspace. Client accounts and internal administration remain separate; an application does not create either.

PARTNER QUESTIONS

Clarity before commitment.

What happens after I apply?+

A private application record enters Partner Applications with its source, program, submitted answers, and review status. CLR SYNC may request information or invite a discovery conversation. No email, approval, commercial term, account access, or production capability is implied by submission.

Is this an affiliate program?+

Not as a blanket model. CLR SYNC separates clinical practice, employer, enterprise and education relationships because their responsibilities, diligence, data boundaries, and commercial structures are materially different.

Does approval authorize clinical work?+

No. Commercial review does not create licensure, ordering authority, provider credentials, laboratory coverage, data access, or production connectivity. Each applicable dependency must be contracted, tested, and explicitly authorized.

Can a partner earn money from tests or referrals?+

CLR SYNC does not offer compensation based on prescribing, test ordering, patient steering, or federal healthcare-program business. Any legitimate compensated work is separately defined in writing, reviewed for applicable law, and kept independent from clinical decisions.

What information should not be submitted?+

Do not submit patient data, employee health information, PHI, passwords, API keys, production credentials, or confidential records. The public application is for organizational fit and operating requirements only.
