Yes. Standard recipe access, weekly planning, meal swaps and shopping lists are included with optional CLR SYNC membership. Digital recipes are for you to prepare; groceries, meal delivery, live nutrition consultations and custom recipe commissions are separate. Personal planning uses eligible verified results and your confirmed food restrictions.
Food patterns can support health goals, but a recipe cannot promise a particular change in ApoB, A1c, blood pressure or any other result. Your clinician helps interpret your panel, medications and circumstances. Pattern to Plate does not diagnose or prescribe.
Allergies are confirmed separately from preferences. Known ingredient exclusions constrain the plan; unknown reactions or conflicting requirements go to review. Ingredient filtering does not certify that a packaged ingredient or kitchen is free from cross-contact.
These are digital recipes and planning services. Ingredients, groceries, cooking and meal delivery are not included. A custom commission develops a recipe; it does not mean a creator cooks or ships your food.
